We recommend that you use our size guides to compare measurements against a similar item you own to find the suitable size.
What happens once I have placed my order?
Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, we will send a confirmation email to you, advising that your order is being processed. Goods will usually be shipped within 3 working days of confirmation of your order.
Can I cancel or amend an order?

Will I need to pay custom and duties?
Customs and duties charged by individual countries are not within our control, and as such, we cannot be held responsible for custom or duty fees. All shipments will be declared to customs at the correct order value. If you’re unsure of the customs charges where you live, please contact your local customs office for further information.

What if I receive my order but the product is damaged?
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact customerservice@raineclothing.com immediately.
What if I receive the wrong item?
In the unlikely situation, you do receive an incorrect item, please contact customerservice@raineclothing.com and include your order number and email address.
How do I return items if I made a mistake or it doesn’t fit?
