Which size should I buy, help with finding the right size?

We recommend that you use our size guides to compare measurements against a similar item you own to find the suitable size.

What happens once I have placed my order?

Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, we will send a confirmation email to you, advising that your order is being processed. Goods will usually be shipped within 3 working days of confirmation of your order.

Can I cancel or amend an order?

Please contact us immediately at customerservice@raineclothing.com If the item has not been shipped, we will do our best to assist you.

I’m having problems placing my order – can you help?

How much do you charge for delivery?

For U.K. orders Free on orders over £75 except Gi’s
£5.99 signed for service or £7.99 for our Gi’s
£15.00 for next day special delivery
European orders £13.99 tracked for service.
International orders £25.99 tracked for service.

Will I need to pay custom and duties?

EU Orders (IOSS Registered):

We ship to EU countries under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. This means VAT and customs fees are included in your checkout total, so you won’t face any extra import costs when your parcel arrives.

All shipments will be declared to customs at the correct order value. 

USA – Important Update
As of 29 August 2025, all parcels entering the U.S. are subject to customs duties
Royal Mail’s PDDP service includes duties at checkout
Small handling fee applies (typically £0.50 per parcel, may vary)

What payment methods can I use?

RAINE Clothing ltd accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro. We also accept secure payments via PayPal and our latest addition clear pay and Klarna.

What if I receive my order but the product is damaged?

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact customerservice@raineclothing.com immediately.

What if I receive the wrong item?

In the unlikely situation, you do receive an incorrect item, please contact customerservice@raineclothing.com and include your order number and email address.

How do I return items if I made a mistake or it doesn’t fit?

Please contact us at customerservice@raineclothing.com and include your order number and email address and we will guide you through the process.

When do items restock?

We can’t always give a specific date about product restocks as it’s always subject to change. You can contact customerservice@raineclothing.com if you would like to speak to someone directly.
