Refund policy

 

Once your order has been received, you have 90 days to return your item(s). Refunds will be granted to the original payment method.


If your item is returned outside of this period, you won’t qualify for a refund to your original payment method and may instead be offered an exchange or a store credit at our discretion.


All returned items must be received in their original, unworn condition and with original labels. Items returned damaged, soiled, scented, worn or altered will not be accepted and could be sent back to you. 


Refunds are processed in 10 working days from receipt of your item(s). RAINE Clothing reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds and returns. 


You will be responsible for the postage costs associated with your returns and must ensure to keep proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been processed. 


Refunds will be made on the items returned and will not include the original postage paid.
