What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy on all RAINE clothing items, this can be processed on your account page.
How do I wash my child's items correctly?
We advise you pre-soak the items and then wash on a low temperature (<30 degrees), make sure you air dry your items to prevent shrinkage.
When will I get my order?
Order before 2pm to get your order the next working day, all orders are tracked and you will be notified once we've shipped your item(s).
Do you offer custom designs?
